For aggressive chemical media, process and cooling waters. Fully corrosion-free, light, smooth-bore.
A complete pre-insulated pipeline system — carrier pipe, PUR foam and outer casing — configured per medium, temperature and route. Corrosion-free polymers, glass-fibre and stainless steel. Above ground, buried, or shallow-laid.
Every TERMOTECH run is a bonded pipe-in-pipe assembly. You select the carrier for the medium and the casing for the environment — the PUR core ties them into a single stiff, low-loss element.
The medium-contact pipe. Selected for chemical resistance, temperature and pressure: thermoplastics, glass-fibre (GRP) or stainless steel.
Rigid polyurethane core. Bonds the two pipes, adds stiffness and delivers the thermal performance — and houses the leak-detection conductors.
The protective jacket. UV-stable HD-PE to EN 253 for buried runs, or spiral-wound SPIRO galvanised steel / aluminium where mechanical protection is needed.
Three families cover the full chemical and thermal range. Every carrier pairs with any casing and the accessory set.

A self-regulating matrix raises or lowers output with surface temperature — it cannot overheat or burn out, even where it overlaps itself.

Conductors embedded in the PUR foam signal moisture ingress and let you check the wetting state of pipes and joints at any time.
